These terms apply to purchases made from the Slothing online store. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Ordering

A contract is formed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfill your order, for example because a product is out of stock, we will contact you and refund the payment.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include Estonian VAT. Payment is made at checkout using the payment methods offered there. The price valid at the moment of ordering applies to your order.

Delivery

We ship from Estonia. Within Estonia, delivery is free, either by courier to your door or to the parcel machine you name in the cart. International orders are shipped at the rate shown at checkout. If a shipment is delayed or lost, contact us and we will solve it.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Details and instructions are in our Refund policy.

Defective goods

If a product does not conform to the contract, you have the right under Estonian law to submit a claim within two years of delivery. Contact us at info@slothing.ee and we will replace the product or refund you.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Estonian law. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet).
