We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is wrong, we will sort it out.

Returns (14-day right of withdrawal)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Let us know within 14 days of delivery and send the book back within 14 days of your notice. You may inspect the book the way you would in a bookstore; if its value has been diminished by use beyond that, we may deduct the diminished value from the refund. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong book.

Damaged or wrong items

If your book arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as you can after delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. Please include a photo of the damage. As a consumer you also have the right under Estonian law to submit a claim for defects within two years of delivery.

How to start a return

Email us at info@slothing.ee with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 2 business days with instructions. Returns are sent to: Slothing Scholar OÜ, Kastani 48, 50410 Tartu, Estonia.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will refund you within 14 days at the latest, to your original payment method.
