Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is wrong, we will sort it out.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a full refund. This is your right under EU consumer law. The book must be in its original condition -- unread and undamaged. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong book.

Damaged or wrong items

If your book arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. Please include a photo of the damage when you write to us.

How to start a return

Email us at info@slothing.ee with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
